Jessica’s Story

Jessica Henselmann joined SmoochUnplugged, LLC in July 2021 as Associate Chief Talent Hunter (aka V.P., Executive Search) and she serves as an instrumental contributor to strategic human capital solutions for the firm’s clients. Her career spans more than 15 years of executive search experience, specifically focused in the Global Investor Relations Officer and Chief Communications Officer functional areas across all industry sectors; in addition, she has tenure working with clients across the financial services industry. Jessica has served as the “right-hand” to the Firm’s CEO for more than a decade, helping to advance a brand to new heights.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, she served as a Wall Street sell-side associate analyst. Ms. Henselmann is a problem solver known for keenly assessing client challenges and identifying exceptional talent to address client business issues; she has superior talent assessment judgment.
