Episode 4: Millennials Choose Career Over ‘Being Boss
Millennials are training to be multi-dimensional “corporate athletes,” and they favor career development over the immediate gratification of “being the boss.” In short, motivated Millennials in their twenties are actively seeking -and responding to – opportunities to broaden their skills and perspective on business. Forward-looking 21st century organizations are engaging with younger workers in a continual way and ensuring that ongoing learning opportunities are part of the talent development process.
